SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
At Kahve Coffee, our subscription is designed to make your routine effortless—so you never run out of fresh, roasted-to-order coffee.
🔁 How It Works
When you subscribe, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you choose. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each order.
To receive the subscription savings, a minimum of two shipments must be completed:
- Your initial order at sign-up
- Your first renewal shipment
After that, you’re free to make changes anytime.
✏️ Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account at kahvebean.com.
From your account, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Swap products
- Update quantities
- Pause or cancel your subscription

⏳ Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
🚫 Early Cancellation
If a subscription is canceled before the second shipment has been fulfilled, the order will no longer qualify for the subscription discount, and the price difference may be applied.
🤍 No Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees after the minimum commitment is met.
📦 Subscription Orders
All subscription products are freshly roasted to order, and once processed or shipped, they are not eligible for refunds.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kahvebean.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
⏸️ Pausing Your Subscription
You can pause your subscription anytime after your second shipment if you need a break.
