RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kahve Coffee, every order is crafted with care. Because many of our products are made fresh to order, certain items are not eligible for return.


☕ Coffee & Tea — Final Sale

All coffee and tea products are freshly roasted or prepared to order and are considered perishable goods. For this reason, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kahvebean.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the issue is due to an error on our end or our fulfillment partner, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

"Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, including addresses auto-filled by Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@kahvebean.com — we will do our best to update it before your order is sent out for fulfillment. If your order has already been sent out for fulfillment, address corrections may not be possible and a reshipment fee will apply to resend your order to the correct address. Orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address and returned to us will be reshipped at the customer's expense."


📦 Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

For non-perishable items such as apparel or accessories, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


⚠️ Damages & Order Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If something isn’t right, please reach out right away so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Coffee or tea products
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

🇪🇺 European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may return non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Perishable goods, including coffee and tea, are exempt from this policy.


💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved for eligible merchandise, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@kahvebean.com.
