At Kahve Coffee, every order is prepared with intention and care. We don’t pull products from a shelf—your coffee is roasted fresh when you order, so it arrives exactly as it should: at its best.

☕ Freshly Roasted, Made Just for You

All of our coffee and tea products are roasted or prepared to order through our roasting partner to ensure maximum freshness.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order leaves the roastery, delivery typically takes:

* United States: 3–7 business days
* International: 7–14 business days (where available)

Because each order is made fresh, total delivery time is usually 4–10 business days from the time your order is placed.

We partner with trusted carriers, but occasional delays can happen due to weather, high shipping volume, or carrier issues. We truly appreciate your understanding.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at support@kahvebean.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll work closely with our roasting partner to make things right as quickly as possible.
